Yes you can take out the keys with parking brake off. on mine, here in japan, it MIGHT be a domestic option as the locals love to use these bikes to deliver take-out; so the key is a just a bother. little thieft or vandalism here. hey does any have a owner´s manual in english? i would love to get a photocopy. my local honda folks can´t help me.
