I ride one and it is called the honda beat here in Turkey. I guess mine is not restricted because it travels at 90kph max flat out and returns 230km to a full tank of unleaded. Approx 140mpg
It has been very reliable even in this heat of summer, It doesn´t like startng on cold mornings and I have a tip. put some card in between the contacts of main beam so you can switch off headlight and so keep battery charged.
I have also rode with 4 people aboard(2 adults and 2 kids) with ease. Brilliant bike, add a backbox with 2 helmet capacity and crash bars and its even better.
