You know you´ve gotta use the choke til it warms up, right? The bike´s a little cold blooded. Open the choke (Push the little slider next to the headlight switch all the way down), then start the bike. Wait 2-5 minutes til it starts blowing hot air out the exhaust, then push the slider back up. You´ll find that the engine feels a bit weak til it´s warmed up. As far as the sprockets go, keep your chain in good nick with some chain lube (I use Inox´s lanolin based lube), and clean it with a toothbrush every now and again to get rid of muck it´s picked up. |
