It sounds like it could be an incorrect idle setting. You can adjust the engine idle speed by turning a screw on the right hand side of the bike. Just go to a bike shop and ask them to do it for you if you are not sure. I just bought a CBF250 and read in the manual that it is not good for the engine to keep the choke on after the engine is warm so you better not do that too much. Good luck :)
