Engine cutting out while accelerating

Engine cutting out while accelerating

My CRF 70 runs great at idle but when in gear and try to accelerate the engine cuts out like it is flooding. I have cleaned the carb but do not know what to do next. Is there engine timing to be looked at? Any suggestions?
