| My best friend has cancer and it is in remission so he is feeling good for a change so he took his Honda Sabre 1100 to a shop for repairs. The bike has sit for a year and run great before he let it sit. The shop rebuilt the carbs and replaced the gas valve from the tank down and also installed new plugs and wires. The problem is it runs fairly good in town but cuts out sometimes. On the interstate it runs good for a while then he says it loses half power as if one cylinder is shutting down. The shop says they have done all they can do (after $1200 !). Do you folks have any ideas what is going on with this bike? Thanks! |
