I have a 1985 Honda V65 Sabre with low miles that needed work. I have overhauled the carbs and #2 carb is reading 18 on the mercury Motion Pro synchrometer.1,3,and 4 are reading a 3 with the recommended setting of 3 3/8. I have turned #2 pilot screw all the way in and out, it has no effect. What are the possibilities ?
