Thanks for the help on this, I ordered a new ignition (used) from e-bay and replaced it. Still nothing! Today I spoke to my friendly mechanic and he suggested that it might be the battery. The battery that I checked for voltage but not it´s proper condition. I put the battery for my Sabre 750 V45 on to my Sabre 1100 V65 and bingo she started right up. So, if anybody gets intermittent lights or fading lights on the instrument cluster, and/or intermittent power to the instrument cluster and just a click when you hit the start button it could be simply your battery!
