clean all the intake /air filter area up to the carb,clean the bowl on the carb and ensure the oil pump and the tube from the oil bag is clean. If it ran before ie timing was good change the spark plug and give it a kick, try to use starter fluid as little as possible it is hard on 2 strokes , Kawasaki has a good web site for part # then try the dealer next then the internet for old / new parts by the number, GOOD LUCK
