Race Tuner Calibrations?

I own a 2006 FATBOY Screaming Eagle with Rush 2.25 slip-on mufflers. I have purchased a race tuner from the dealer and flashed the bike with the calibration I thought should work and the bike runs terrible... Which calibration should I flash into the controller???
