my bike will turn over but wont run , the idle sits a little low, i know i need new spark plugs and one new wire . the bike shut off on me one day and would crank then the battery would drain, wich is a new battery. is it the altinator? the starter? and i know it needs a tune up , it also has 22xxx miles
