Just bought myself a nice looking 1980 c90z. starts easily and ticks over fine but as soon as i open the throttle it stalls and occasionaly backfires. Ive fitted a new plug filled with new 4 star cleaned carb out but not altered any settings on it. Oils clean points set to 15 thou. Battery seems to be a bit on the low side but neatral light comes on. Dunno if the timing is out ...is that where I should look next?
