fuse problem?

I have a 1200 low Sportster and it has blown the fuse for the front and back lights twice. Anyone else have this problem?
They couldn´t find out what it was so I carry spares. Also,
it seems the pipes may be in the way if you want to move the
controls forward on the frame.
