We are looking at a 2014 Quadro scooter. We are new to riding. Have there been big improvements on the later Quadro scooter So? Does the Quadro 3 remain stable when you have to stop ( traffic lights etc) unlike the Piaggio MP3 which you have to apply a brake gadget?
