Piston Ring Question?

Hello, I have a 73 F11 that I am rebuilding and was wondering if anyone can tell me which ring goes in which groove of the piston. The one ring is wider than the other, and there is also what I can only describe as a stop sign shaped spacer ? that goes under one of the rings. I think it goes under the thinner of the 2 rings, but I´m not sure if it goes in the top groove or the bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bill.
