I´ve got an FZR 400 1WG that I recently acquired. The carbs are very worn and the bikes givin´ a hell of a lot of trouble to start up / idle. Runs very well when it does get going but can´t get a proper balance and could smell loads of gas through the exhaust. I´m thinkin´ of buying a reconditioned set BUT FROM AN FZR 600. Will this work? Will it require ´jetting down´? Cheers for the answer!
