i owne an fzr 400 1988 and althow they have a 1 year difference i consider them equivalent motor bikes. surprisingly enough, the bike has enjoyable acceleration for a 400cc if kept in its happy rev zone. the bike lacks low rev capability wich forces constant gear shifting in order to keep up with more recent 600 s.it is thoug a verry esthetic motorcycle with a triumph-ish look to it.all in all,it is an enjoyable and rare bike to owne.
