Thinking of buying a 1978 kz 750

I am new to this site and I am thinking about buying a 1978 kz750 twin. This would be my first bike and I am just wondering if I would like it where it is a twin. If anyone owns one could you please give me some feed back on if you like them and maybe what I might be able to do to it.
