1972 100 G4TR tranny trouble

I cant get my G4TR to shift into 5th. I can tell it is trying to shift up, but just cant quite. Also I think it is stuck in the low gearing setting, and I can not figure out how to adjust it. Any help on either problem would be greatly appreciated.
