Sounds like a fuel restriction. as soon as it dies turn key off Do Not restart and then check the to see of there is plenty of fuel in the each float bowl, Use a plastic spay can top cover and place it under each carb bowl and unscrew each (float bowls levels?) Did you check the two individual CDI´S and coils, coils wires, Pulse generator, correct ohms
