HI check the valves exhaust and intake valve, and CARBURETOR
I HAVE THE JL150 AND FIND IT VERY HARD STARTING IT...IT WAS THE VALVES ...IT START ALL THE TIME AND I HAVE A TOP SPEED OFF 70MPH.
