hi yes the bike should go a lot faster than that i have had 70mph on a long flat road i have found 5th gear to be a bit long but 65 is well doable on a flat road ? how many miles have you done on the bike so far they do need 800km plus before they losen up a bit
i would check the airfilter first mine was way to oily
