I was able to track down sources for parts list and manual.
I emailed yamaha customer relations in Australia (cr@yamaha-motor.com.au) and provided them with my chassis and engine number and they got back to me with a parts list. A digital version of the manual can be ordered from the Morawa museum (mal50walter@wn.com.au). They try to help out people who refurbish old farm equipment. charge was 10 AUS-dollars including shipping.
