Low coolant

How do you fill up the coolant reservoir on this 2005 Diamo Turista 260? It looks low and I do not have a manual. I have the good fortune of finding this garage kept 2005 Turista with only 956 miles on it. I am searching for a maintenance manual also. Does anyone recommend one designed for a new novice scooter owner? Its ride is smooth quiet and powerful.
