i got a 1977 honda cb550 f off the side of the road for free. im having trouble with the electronics and kick starter. for the electronics, the battery is good and wires seem ok and the fuses are new but nothing works on it electric wise. also the kick starter pushes down freely without turning the engine over. it goes down until it just touches the foot peg and is about parraleell to the ground. i dont know if it should go more and the engine is seized or the gear on it may be stripped. i cant see because i dont have an impact screwdriver.
