| We have a 2005 Midnight Star 1700. We have had it to 2 shops(They couldn´t diagnose it) and replaced the clutch. It started making a grinding sort of noise a few months ago then progressed to a clunky sort of noise. It still grinds(?)as well. It seems to be centered in the area just under the seat, and it usually happens when we accelerate or go uphill. The new clutch did not change it one bit. The belt seems OK. Anyone have anything similar to this happen to them. Thanks in advance.... |
