Hey try this the newer karizma recommend the 10-30 series oil so when you change oil or for even a new bike ensure u get rid of the company provided oil and chg it to something like a motul or elf ( JASO2 SM) oils.
i bet u the gear box will as smooth as butter and if u can get a synthetic oil for the same speicifi then u hit gold
