Hey guys, i am getting my learner license soon (australia,nsw)and am looking at the rvf400. Is this a good bike? Fast? Good for a learner? How long is it from 0-100kph? I heard it doesnt have to be restricted? better then the cbr250rr? Is it loud? Please guys tell me EVERYTHING about this bike! Thanks heaps!
