I have a throttled down 1984 Suzuki GSX 750 EF (touring) which is just...well old and doesn´t perform good. Stepping up to the 1050 Speedy is a great step which must be considered well. My dealer said there were even customers who brought the bike back since it had too much performance for them. But it´s all controllable. Every review says it´s a near perfect bike. I´ll rent one this spring..but will probably buy it anyway. Fell in love with the 2005 triple as soon as I saw it. Before I was dreaming of that Buell XB12S which looks amazing and has some nice technical details..but in the end..you know american engineering. So I will go with the Triumph in the end!
