Sorry that my messages get repeated over and over. I only "send message" once so it´s not my fault. If it does it with this one, I´ll just stay off the board. Anyway, got 750 miles on my yellow Daytona 650. Added carbon fiber Jardine exhaust, K&N filter, remapped it, spooned on race ready Dunlop D-208GPs and headed for the mountain. No, she´s not an R-1 or a ZX-10 but she´s pretty damned fast, especially when you´re coming up on a 20mph blind turn and the guy in front is leaned over so far his elbows are rubbing. Nevertheless, you´ll make it through and that´s the best part. Nobody gets away. Keeps the revs up, learn to shift a lot (the adjustment rod on the gearshift allows you to move the lever down so you don´t have to move your toe much) and trust in the tires. In a drag race with a Daytona 600, she just screamed off into the distance and the extra torque really helps braking. This is a true stealth bike; nobody expects you to be fast until you pass them. Ha!
