front brake ´pulsing´

waiting for local dealer (ABS Motorcycles, Bendigo, Australia) to get replacement front brake discs. Have had recent problem with front brakes ´pulsing´ this appears to be due to the metal of the disks providing inconsistent amounts of friction for the pads at various points around the disk. This is a warranty job and will hopefully be resolved in the next few days. Anyone else experienced this problem?
