Triumph has several new ECM programs with changes from original factory. Depending on your engine modifications, they can check your download current and reload new one based on which one would best suit your configuration. This should solve the problem. It can also be any one of several sensors used by the ECM malfunctioning. They can also detect those and replace if necessary.
