I recently purchased a well worn 1985 Honda Elite CH 250 with 25,000 miles on it. Going through all components and replacing worn parts. I will soon be replacing my engine hanger bushings. I have been told that a bike with that many miles on it should have all engine hanger bushings, O rings and bearings replaced. not just the lower hanger bolt outer bushings and O rings. I realize that I will have to either support and lower, or remove the engine completely to replace all of these parts. I dont have tons of money to replace things not neccesary. Can anyone tell me what parts should be replaced? There are 3 main bolts supporting the hanger. One large bolt attatches to the frame. It has bearings, collars and thrust washers. The second bolt has bearings, washers and collars as well and it attatches to the lower engine hanger bolt that has bushings, and O ring seals as well. There is also a rubber stop bolt. Should I replace all of these components? Any info would be greatly appreciated. tx, David
