The GPR Race bike and the Gpr Nude is basically the same bike, it depends on your taste to what you like. Im not too sure on prices but my GPR 125 Racing Cost me around £3500. If you go to a good bike dealer you can normally get subsidised insurance with your bike. I went with Lexham insurane that gave me that and with my 3 years no claims i was full comp for £250.
