2005 GTR Gas Leak

Bought a 2005 GTR moped used, ran fine the first day with no problems. second day I tried to start it up in the evening and the gas was leaking through the transmission box. Not sure if it was coming from the box or leaked onto it and dripped from the bottom. Any help or info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
