the tomos dirt bike is a really good deal for your money. i love to ride it. it is not the greatest in the speed category, only going 40mph, but it is tough on any terrain. i love to ride it in creeks, and i have never gotten it stuck. i have never had any serious problems, but only a few minor ones.
