Engine don´t start

Hello I have a problem, because my yesterday was running and after 10 km the engine was dead. Now it is not starting . The carburettor is clean and the engine get gasoline. The compression is only 4 bar, so I think it has sometoing to do with cylinder and / or the piston. Could it be, that the engine has got no oil in case of a piched tube. The tube is direct by the oil tank. Have or had someone the same issue.
