You may be breaking too fast and actuating the anti-dive function of the front wheel. Be sure to always use both brakes at the same time and not to pull them to hard and fast unless you are in an emergency. This bumping and vibration is normal. The GT200 also can tend to shimmy a little on the front when slowing down and this is also normal. Be sure to always keep both hands on the handles at all times.
