Skipper 125 Headlight Problems

My Skipper has been great - it resides on the back of my Hymer motorhome. However, I need to get it through the M.O.Y. and the main headlight does not come on when switched. Didelight fine and main beam O.K. but dipped beam - NO. I have checked everything, bulb, Fuses, switch. Could it be the SWITCH? Help.
