I´ll make this short and sweet. This new GPR 50 looks biz. I sure hope it trully is a new bike. Not to say the older GR 50 was bad, but it lacked a few "big bike" touches. For one the gas tank is a gas tank this time and not just under the seat. Really who thought that was a good idea, to make the gas tank a storage area and under the seat a gas tank. When you rap your knees around that fake "gas tank" it just made the bike feel cheap. The bike just looks 100% better now. I can not wait to own one of these bad boys. There is a rivall between the Aprilia RS50 and the Derbi GPR 50. In the past I would have picked the Aprilia. But now with this new GPR 50 my mind is made up. Derbi all the way. Now I know what you are thinking that it´s all about looks right? Well, It is a big part of it. I think 65-80% part of it. Because face it, If it´s going to be a 50 it needs to at-least look fast. That is all, good day.
