ye mine did the same but it didn cut jus slowed a bit. goes a lot better with a colder plug something like a ngk b8eS or a denso w24es-u. also try a DECENT coolant. another thing that seemed to help is greasing the spindle on the crank. u know the one where the variator fits . basically jus grease any moving parts in the transmission EXCEPT where the belt runs els u won go nowhere lol. hope this helps u cos i didnt half annoy when i first got an it did it. let us know if it helps. cya mate an happy ridin they really are a good bike once u get to know them.
