hi i own a gilera stalker ive tried all i no to get this scooter to give higher top speed but all my efforts has resulted in is more power up hills and i dont no what else to do to go faster then my current top speed at 45 the only thing i can think of is an electronic restrictor just wonderd if anyone has any further info.. on this message bk many thanks sdg
