I´m having a problem with engine start....

I´m having a problem with engine start....

hello everybody,
I need some help with troublshooting engine that fails to start on a Kymco Grand Dink 150 - 2004.
I tried the swich and the kick pedal but still the engine won´t start all of that happened after one week that the scooter didn´t move...
If you have any ideas I´ll be more than happy to get some help here,thanks!
