Kymco Super 9 2003 - Tuning

Hi i have a 50cc kymco super 9 2003 model air cooled, first time starter, i am customising it as a project im 17, it needs to be the fastest 50cc i need it to do about 70mph(at the moment seems well unrealistic, but i am told it is posible) so i can get in the guiness book of records it also needs good accelaration. it does 40mph on a flat, and i dont know what restriction has been taken out.

Before i get my hands dirty an empty my bank account i need to know a bit of info from people who have already done this.

I have a new unrestricted CDI box(no rev limit), a quality K&N style air filter, and a size 90 main jet, when i install these im expecting about 50mph on a flat, however i may be wrong. i have fitted these and had a problem

Some more go faster bits i have seen are
boost bottle chamber-something to do with fuel?
Racing clutch-improves accelaration?
uprated variator and rollers - improves accelaration and top end?
kevlar drive belt-stronger than stock?
IF YOU KNOW ANY MORE TELL ME PLEASE?

80cc big bore kit and technigas exhaust - im told will give me approx an extra 20-25mph-will be geting these after have tuned it to the max with other little parts like above

i fitted the k&n filter, i get to about 20 mph and my revs die completely, its like my engine is trying to cut itself out, whats wrong? i belive its because i need to put the larger main jet in but i dont know where this goes? i put the NO REV LIMIT CDI in and the scooter would not start, not even an attempt, whats wrong?

it would be very handy if someone would tell me where im going wrong. Please no comments like get a 125cc or a 250cc because thats defying the point many people say when selliong this is the fastest 50cc around, i want to prove the world wrong, i want mine to be the FASTEST 50CC AROUND i dont care what it sounds like or how long the engine lasts this litle engine needs to be doing a lot more work.

NITROUS OXIDE NOS - i can get a nos kit for it for £24 delivered to my door complete with 5 full bottles of nos, i have seen the movie fast and furious they make nos look like rocket fuel, however you cannot use nos unless you have a (WOT) WIDE OPEN THROTLE otherwise you risk DETINATION (basically your engine blows up), is this true? it is a kit where you drill a hole in the air filter as close to the carb as possible and put a pipe in. will it make me faster?

Anyone who helps me out will be offered the opportunity to buy the bike on ebay when its finished, it will be sprayed in a Rage 7 colour flip paint with metal flake, basically its being pimped up from every angle and aspect Money is NO OBJECT.

Please reply even if you have experiance of tuning a diffeerent bike, my e-mail is potadd@msn.com,
