It seems a lot of things have gone wrong with your bike. Since its a two year warranty and its a 2005, why would you be doing your own work on it. Is your dealer screwing you over, or is there something we haven´t been told. I bought the 650 gt and my wife has the 650 gv last year, and other than a few minor problems that were immediately fixed by the dealer, they have been absolutely great. Are they as refined as some of the jap bikes, no, but hey, thats why we test ride them first. I have read a number of these complaints about they hyosung on the internet where EVERYTHING has gone wrong. I suppose they don´t know what a warranty is supposed to do when an engine blows, unless there is more to the story.
