Whining Whistling Noise

The Tour Deluxe is my 12th bike and out of all the others I like the ride and handling of this one the best. BUT, between 15 and 65 mph the left side of the engine produces a very loud and annoying whining whistle noise. It is not air or the drive line, the noise is coming from the engine. The dealership that sold me the bike said they could not hear anything out of the ordinary, I say they are full of SH?T. Yamaha said they have not heard of this problem from anyone else and I should try another dealership. I drop it off next week to another dealer. I did hear of someone in our area that is trying to get his money back for the same reason. Comments would be appreciated--Rick
