I live in Forest Hills New York. In the garage of our apartment building is a 2003 F650. it has been sitting for over a year and the owner has defaulted on unpaid garage charges so the garage management is going to sell the bike and, I am interested.
I need to know opinions as to its value. It has 6K miles and looks a little banged up. I would not try to start it. The battery is dead. They want me to buy it as-is.
What do you think a reasonable price would be and how should it be prepared to run again? I asm looking to save money and get a great bike for weekend rides. Thanks.
