my new ´05 R1200Gs seems to be in need of a clutch already. only 4500 miles on her, but it is definitely slipping. anyone eles out there having the same experience or has had clutch issues with past BMW bikes. this is my first and i am not sure what to think. also it seems to be using oil. about a quart every thousand miles. the local dealer says this may be normal for the first 6K miles but to keep an eye on it. Gee... i was so looking forward to going from a Harley to a Beemer but I hope I don´t regret this... anyone out there who would like to provide feedback please feel free...
