Just got my ´05 640 Adventure, wasn´t sure if I wanted the center stand that came with it,so I ordered the side stand.They both have electronics hooked up to them,I believe for the starting system (safety device).Haven´t checked to see if bolt alignment works because I haven´t figured out splitting the electronics and the bikes new and I just want to ride! I did find that center stand was easy to get on if you pull from the frame and not the handlebars.Rick.
