Hi There
I’m 41 years old 5-10 150lbs I ride a Honda CR250 R woods and trail riding only.
I would like to know your peofessional opinion seting up my suspension for this kind of riding. I was told a soft suspension is what I need.
For the FORKS what should I set the Compression and Rebound to be?
For the SHOCKS what should I set the Low speed compression, Rebound, high speed compression and Sag to?
